Logging in to FellowshipOne Go
First time users, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. The system will send you your login credentials.
Returning users, enter your username and password; username is usually FirstName.LastName. If you forgot your password, follow the prompts for Forgot Password.
If you are still having trouble, contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. via email and they will send you an email to reset your account.
Viewing My Profile
Click on your initials at the top right of the webpage to see your profile. You will also see tabs across the top of the page to see your Family, Timeline, Giving, Account.
PLEASE NOTE: the giving tab only allows you to view your giving record; to change the amount of your regular financial stewardship, you will need to visit the giving platform, FellowshipOne Give.
Updating My Profile
Use the small pencil icon on the right to edit your profile; the system will allow you to update contact information, edit ministry group participation, and remove contact information for children who no longer live in your household. Children who have established their own households and wish to remain parishioners should register in their own name; they will not lose records from their membership.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register if I grew up in the parish?
Yes, you need to update your profile with current contact information and establish your own household. Your childhood records will be transferred to your new household. We ask that all members update and establish their own household once you reach adulthood, even if you still share an address with your parents.
What if my children don’t live with me anymore?
It’s easy to remove your children from your household by updating their contact information When prompted, please be sure to update “This Record Only” for each individual no longer in your household.
What if my spouse and I are no longer in the same household?
Please contact the Parish Office via phone or email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and ask to correct your household. You will need the current contact information for both spouses. Note that the children in the family can only be profiled in one household so please provide their primary residence as well.
What if I no longer have a landline phone?
Please remove the home phone number in your family profile if you no longer have a landline and replace it with your preferred contact number, usually a head of household cell number.
How do I change my password?
Use the FellowshipOne Go homepage and choose Forgot Password. The system will ask for your email address and send a reset password. Once you log in, click on the “Account” tab at the top of the page and you can enter a new password. Make sure to click save at the bottom of the page. Many people have multiple emails so contact the Parish Office if you don’t remember the email you have on file with the parish.
How do I re-subscribe to parish emails?
You can only re-subscribe to parish emails once. Additional requests will require changing the email you use for St. Luke emails.
What if I don’t see all of my financial giving?
Financial giving is attributed to individuals and households. Most households share parish giving, so you will be able to see your families giving. If for some reason, the giving is only assigned to the primary member of the household, you will not see it. Be assured that all giving is combined and reported to you on your giving statement for tax purposes, available at the beginning of each calendar year, but you can contact the parish office and they can correct the settings so you can see household giving.

In your profile, choose whether or not you would like to be listed in any printed or online directories.
