How to Apply

We are excited to welcome new families into the St. Luke Catholic School community! The application for the 2026-2027 school year is now closed. Please mark your calendar for our Annual Open House on Thursday, November 5th, 2026. Our application for the 2027-2028 School Year will open that day. If you would like to be placed on our Open House mailing list, please complete this FORM.

Online Application

• A $100 non-refundable application fee is required
• Families applying for Grades 1 - 6 must upload:
  • The most recent report card
  • Standardized testing results, ie, ILEARN, IREAD, NWEA, WIDA
  • Any applicable educational service plans (IEP, ISP, 504)

Kindergarten Applicants

• Children must be at least 5 years old by August 1st to enroll in Kindergarten. 
• Once your application is complete and submitted, your child will be invited to a Kindergarten Screening in January.

Grades 1 - 6 Applicants

• Applicants will be scheduled for a Shadow Day in February at St. Luke, where they will:
  • Spend some time in a classroom
  • Complete a grade-level assessment

Transfer policy for Grades 7 and 8

St. Luke Catholic School does not accept transfer students into Grades 7 or 8, with the following exceptions:

• Families relocating from out of town
• Students from a Catholic school that is closing

In unique or extenuating circumstances, appeals may be made to the Principal, in consultation with the Pastor.
