My Ministries and Joining a New Ministry

Using the Profile tab allows you to view groups along with other important information. Choose the Groups tab to view all the ministries that you are currently listed as an active member.

Using the Groups tab will bring to you a page with “List” and “Finder” across the top. When on the List page, you will see your participating ministries; be certain that those groups are correct and that you still want to be involved in those ministries.

When seeking to look for new ministry involvement, please click the Finder tab. This will bring you to all of the ministries which you can join. Each available ministry is listed with a ministry description, and a Request To Join button. Please use the Request button and your interest will be sent to the ministry leader. If you choose to leave a ministry, that option is also available, and the ministry leader will automatically be contacted.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I remove myself from a ministry group?
Choose the Groups tab on the left-hand side of your screen. It will bring you to a Groups screen where you can choose “Finder”. The next screen lists all the parish ministries with the option to Leave Group for ministries currently in your profile.

Can I email people in my ministries?
Yes. You should have the capability to email members in your own ministry groups. Click on the group name in your profile to see the ministry roster. Check the boxes of any member you wish to email and select the appropriate email option listed when clicking on the 3 dots on the top right of the ministry list.

Unfortunately, you cannot send a "mass email" unless you are the ministry leader. Only the head of each ministry will be able to email the entire group.
