Gymnasium Scheduling for Special Events and Other Rentals
- Please contact the Athletic Department, 479--7373, to rent the gymnasium(s). Requests for Parish space (Cafeteria, Parish Hall, etc.) should be scheduled through the Parish Office. Please note: St. Luke School has priority scheduling, M--F, 7AM to 3PM, Aug--May. All Athletic Teams have priority scheduling during the remaining times. All rentals are on a space available basis. requests will only be accepted from the financially responsible party.
- Birthday and other Parties: All parties in the gyms should be booked with the Athletic Department. A rental agreement will be sent to the person responsible for the rental and payment will be due one week prior to the commencement of the event. Any entertainment or other outside vendor must give a Proof of Insurance Certificate in the amount of 1,000,000 (3,000,00 forliquor vendors) and must list "St. Luke Catholic Church" as an additional insured party usually indicated at the bottom of the form. If the vendor has any questions, those should be addresse to the insurance provider.
- Other Events: Any other special event requiring use of the gymnasiums should be booked through the Athletic Department and follow the Policies and Rental Rates set forth by the Parish Office.
- Bump Priority: All rentals may be bumped for Athletic Team scheduling if needed.
Fee Categories and Fee Schedule:
Parishioners/Employees:
- Gymnasium Rental: $35/hour-- minimum one hour.
- Birthday Parties: $35/hour-- minimum two hours.
- Parish Weekly's: $600/month for 1.5 hours/weekly.
- Summer & Holiday Camps/Tournaments: Contact Athletics for complete information.
- Special Events (receptions, etc.): Contact the Parish Office for fee schedule.
Non-Parishioners:
Anyone desiring use of the gymnasiums must contact Athletics. All vendors must show a Proof of Insurance Certificate prior to approval. (Ref: SLAC Motion 1/25/04)
