Please contact Mike VanMarter, Co AD, with any questions regarding the High School program.   Team Entries are due in to the St. Luke Athletic Department by October 6, 2010.  Team Entry Fee is $750.00. Please make payment to St. Luke. Team Roster must be submitted with the Team Entry Fee.
