Mothers of Young Children meets the needs of mothers with children kindergarten age and younger. We strive to provide this through various activities, a means for spiritual, social and educational growth, as well as to encourage Catholic family unity. MOYC is one of St. Luke's largest organizations due to our dedicated members and a variety of offered activities. Membership is voluntary and there are no membership fees.
MOYC is responsible for many events and activities. These include holiday parties (Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick's Day and an Easter Egg Hunt), the 9:00 AM Sunday nursery, Playgroups, Social Activities for Moms, Community Outreach at St. Vincent's, and meals for families.
A weekly newsletter is distributed via email which communicates upcoming events, opportunities for volunteering, and parish life. If you are interested in receiving the weekly newsletter or joining MOYC, email the coordinator.
