The Aftercare for Indiana through Mentoring (AIM) is a statewide nonprofit organization serving youth offenders transitioning from corrections to the community. Each week 3 to 8 juveniles are released to participate in the AIM and Marion County Juvenile Court Community Transition Program (CTP).
