
Budget 101: Approximately one half of our annual operating budget is paid to CYO for the fees charged to us? In 2010-2011, our CYO Fees exceeded $52,000.
In turn, CYO provides each parish with staff support. CYO also schedules games, provides officials, schedules tournaments and provides trophies for each of the sports!
Budget 101:
We are charged an occupancy allocation by the Parish for the use of the gyms. The occupany allocation is paid with the revenues generated by Gate Admissions and the Concession Stand. Please continue your volunteer stewardship by working your shift when you are assigned.


Bingo Blast replaced the annual Booster Club drive in 2005 and continued strong for 5 years. This year, in 2011, we are taking our fundraising to a new level with our Jubilee Casino Night. Please mark your calendars for Nov. 5, 2011! We are excited about our new event and anyone willing to offer time and talent to this event may do so by emailing our Chairs, Dave and Mary Jeanne Burger.
The proceeds from our fundraising efforts are allocated in the budget to reduce registration fees and purchase necessary equipment for each of the 16 sports offered at St. Luke. We kindly thank all o sponsors and volunteers, past and present, for where we are today and your continued support of the Athletic Department!
The second event in the yearlong celebration of our parish’s 50th anniversary is the Jubilee Casino Night. The Sertoma Club will be providing the gaming tables and serving as dealers for a night of favorite casino games such as Black Jack, Texas-style Poker, Roulette, and more in the St. Luke Gym on Saturday, November 5, 2011. Ticket price includes appetizers, a complimentary beer and wine “happy hour,” and a bag gaming chips. If you haven’t quite perfected your Vegas skills, extra chips may be purchased during the event. Lucky or not? All chips may be cashed in for raffle tickets for prize packages as the evening will culminate with prize package drawings, music and fellowship. Tickets will be on sale at a special rate of $35.00/ticket until 10/7/11. Tickets will be on sale in the Narthex the weekends of Oct 8/9 and the weekend of Oct 22/23.
